Drinking Water Quality – Is Your Water Free From Toxic Matter

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Most people aren’t concerned about drinking water quality and don’t have a sign on their kitchen faucet that says DANGER – TOXIC SUBSTANCES.  But in most cases we should warn our loved ones and friends of the danger of drinking straight from the tap.

The drinking water quality is not what it should be.  Toxins in our water are shown to cause cancer, heart disease, learning disabilities in children, hypertension, asthma, skin irritations, and the list could go on even further.

Most people think if what comes out of the tap looks clear, smells good and taste good that it is healthy.  Not so in most cases.

Many water treatment plants are old and need updated. Chemicals and microorganisms contaminate the water supplies, and the filtering processes used by these companies don’t remove all the toxic material.

The pipes that bring the flow of water to our houses are old.  The fittings that they have been repaired through out the years have corroded and can leach lead into the water.

Chlorine is added to water to kill the bacteria, but chlorine has problems of it’s own.  It is a chemical that was made specially to kill living organisms.  Our cells are living organisms.

The chlorine doesn’t know the difference between a harmful and a beneficial organism; so it works hard to kill all of them – it kills the good right along with the bad.

I don’t know any of us who would knowingly drink the bottle of chlorine bleach we use to get stains out of clothes, yet we think nothing of leaving the chlorine in our water and drink many glasses of it day after day- week after week – month after month – year after year.  How much do you suppose you are consuming?

Check out my website listed below to learn more of the dangerous lurking in our water supply, and to find which home water filter I use that guarantees me a continuous supply of clean pure water to keep my body in optimal health.
